2) How is my order shipped and how long will it take?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Florida via FedEx Ground to the address provided at the time of ordering. You also have the convenience of rush shipping your order right from our website.

3) Can I return or cancel an order?
Since all orders are custom, we do not accept any returns. All orders will begin printing within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel an order and we have not begun printing it yet then you may do so. If the job has already begun printing then it cannot be cancelled. Absolutely no refunds.
4) Does DarkHorsePrinting.com cover shipping damages?
DarkHorsePrinting.com is not responsible for any shipping damages. We do not accept any returns unless the product arrives defective but not due to shipping.
5) What must I do if my order arrives defective?
If the product is defective then DarkHorsePrinting.com must be notified immediately within 24 hours via email. We will then replicate the exact order at no extra cost. The defective product must be shipped back to DarkHorsePrinting.com's warehouse at the client's expense. Shipping damages do not qualify as a defective product.
